Hey everyone!!
Well the first week being here at the feet has been an amazing yet inspiring week. From showing up and not really having a clue on things, to getting used to a caffeinated drink called coffee, to waking up several times due to noise, to a person who messed their pants, by getting thrown in on a last minute devotion and skit, being mistaken as a person from Kansas, and getting out of my comfort zone by talking and witnessing to people. God has really shown me how much everyone here loves and cares about everyone and most importantly serving people before themselves. No matter what time of day we try to help or serve everyone who asks us to. If we know we can't help them out physically, we definitely can spiritually. That is something that God is still working on me to do. I know that one of the main purposes of Beautiful Feet is to win people to Christ, and I have definitely seen that happen on several occasions whether it is on the streets, camps, shelters, or here at the Feet. I am also understanding the meaning of everyday reverence more by the services and talking to people about Him. Another thing that has stood out to me is ALWAYS put Him first in our lives. If we don't, then we will ALWAYS fail.
Soon hopefully this week we will start getting the discipleship for guys program up and running. I can't wait to get to finally disciple some guys!
